Cloudflare offers CDN for free and we offer this on our basic plan. But if your site needs to be more performant we have to choose between Cloudflare APO or Cloudflare PRO. For example a news site with more simultaneously visitors is more likely to need CloudFlare Pro and a Woocommerce site with a few dozen orders per day will be fine with APO. WordPress Backup Frequency
Backup is a vital part of every website. That’s why we have got you covered from the basic plan. To decide which backup plan is better for you you have to answer some questions to yourself first. Do you update your content frequently or is just a brochure site? Do you run an e-commerce website or just presenting your services? The more frequent a site is updated the more backups are needed during a day.
We are using the most reliable system of the internet to monitor the uptime frequency of your site. Google Cloud has a solid setup that allows us to check your site every few minutes in order to see if it is live or not and we know when it is time to take action for your site or the server. Uptime Monitoring is a key feature on our plans that’s why we offer it from the very basic plan.
7G & ModSec 3+ WAF
Using a WAF for your websites is an important tool for your security toolbox. It’s an effective way to block a wide range of attacks. 7G has replaced 6G WAF and was officially moved out of beta to its full production website-ready release on September 7th 2020. It’s lightweight and provides server-level protection against a wide range of malicious requests, bad bots, automated attacks, spam, and a whole lot more.
Hacked Website Repair
If your site has been hacked we can clean it from any type of malware. We also provide WordPress Security Services where we maintain and keep your site secure 24×7 so you just focus on your business with peace of mind. We have included this feature in our Expert plan but you can always get a quote for your site if you are on a smaller tier plan and we will deliver your new cleaned website within 48h of the payment.
Snapshot Failover™ is an excellent feature to be able to offer as a part of your hosting service. It’s impressive to clients, takes relatively little effort, is relatively inexpensive if you’re taking the cost into account in your offering, and it also provides you as the service provider some peace of mind. A second server is also a second set up backups, which is never a bad thing either.
Your website is very important for us. Our systems will monitor your websites, servers, and notifications, and should we identify any issues, we’ll automatically create a support ticket for our team. If your websites go infected in during the day, we’ll know about it and begin working to resolve it, so you can sleep easy knowing that we have your most important websites covered.

If you have an active subscription to our Expert plan you will receive every month a performance check for your site. Once we notice any performance changes we do proactive work for your site in order to get always the best possible score on page speed tools. In this way we guarantee to you that every single visitor is getting the best possible user experience. If you are in a lower plan than Expert you can request a quote.
Dedicated Project Manager
We do not waste your time. In order to achieve this, we assign to you a person who is your project manager. He knows everything about your site and your current or upcoming tasks. Access to our Premium Library
We can give you access to our Premium Themes and Plugins Library if you are on Expert plan. That means you can select any theme, or plugin from our partners and we will install it free for you. In order to continue to get future updates you need to have an active subscription with us or alternatively you can purchase your own plugin or theme license if you want. See our library here.
Every time your site has any updates we create a staging site and we push in this installation the updates. In this way, we are sure that your site is running smoothly. We do push the updates on the live site only when there are no problems with your site. You can find this feature in every plan we offer as we strongly believe that this is a must have feature in every WordPress managed hosting plan.
